ArGoSoft Mail Server .NET Whitelisting Handler
This site serves users, who are using
WhiteListing optional module for
ArGoSoft Mail Server .NET.
Auto Whitelisting is an anti spam measure, also known as Challenge-Response
(or C/R) spam filtering. It sends a reply to a sender, requesting a specific
action (in our case, to click a specific link, which is processed through this server). If link is clicked, then the sender address is automatically
added to the whitelist of recipient, and next time C/R will be not performed if
mail arrives from the same sender.
This module is not included in the standard distribution of or ArGoSoft Mail Server
.NET because of its controversial nature.
The module can be purchased for US$100.00.
Requirements:
- Mail Server .NET v1.0.6.1 or higher;
- Your mail server must be running POP3 protocol, which listens on port 110, and is visible from this server;
- And, MX records with the lower number for domain names you are going to set up whitelisting
for must be pointing to your server.

Why POP3? Because this server talks to your server via POP3. We selected
POP3, because as long as it is enabled on firewalls or routers, it becomes transparent,
besides, unlikely from SMTP, it supports multiline replies, allowing this server
to retrieve web interface templates from end users.
